811 Mixed Berry Protein Shake

MIXED BERRY PROTEIN SHAK

1 scoop of Protein Powder, 1 cup Almond Milk or skim milk, 1 cup frozen berries. Process in blender until smooth.  You can add spinach, or kale to make it even healthier.IMG_0223 Mixed Berry Protein Shake

MIXED BERRY PROTEIN SHAKE WITH SPINACH AND FLAX SEED MEAL.

Protein Shake with 1 cup frozen berries, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1 scoop Muscle milk light protein powder, 1T flaxseed meal, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water. Yummy!
