MIXED BERRY PROTEIN SHAK
1 scoop of Protein Powder, 1 cup Almond Milk or skim milk, 1 cup frozen berries. Process in blender until smooth. You can add spinach, or kale to make it even healthier.
MIXED BERRY PROTEIN SHAKE WITH SPINACH AND FLAX SEED MEAL.
Protein Shake with 1 cup frozen berries, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1 scoop Muscle milk light protein powder, 1T flaxseed meal, ½ cup almond milk, ½ cup water. Yummy!
