I served it for breakfast with my Stuffed Peppers with Eggs, Shrimp and Bacon and Homemade Salsa.
PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
SERVES 2
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- ½ packet Lipton Tea & Honey, Ice Green Tea Mango Pineapple flavor
- 2 cups Sparkling Water, like S. Pellegrino Sparkling Natural Mineral Water
Directions:
Place pineapple chunks in food processor or blender and process until smooth, add the Lipton Tea & Honey, Mango Pineapple flavor and mix. Add the sparkling water until mixture is smooth texture and serve in wine glass.
