This Flank Steak roll is so easy to make and quite impressive for those special guests. The sauce can be made thicker with more flour but I wanted to keep it low carb. It was delicious without the flour. The low fat half and half makes it tasty without a lot of fat. Try it and you can’t go wrong for the family or for a special occasion.
This is a great recipe to serve your husband, wife or special friend on Valentine’s Day or a Special Occasion. It tastes rich but isn’t so much and you will still feel like having a yummy dessert!

Thanks Megan. I agree, my husband would like this one for Valentine’s Day. But I think I’ll be making my New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp for him. Recipe coming soon on this blog.
Oh I love this recipe! I love cooking with brandy and any kind of booze! haha 🙂 Perfect for Valentine’s Day 🙂
I agree. I do love sauces with a little alcohol in them. Thanks Whitney.
I’m planning to have another couple over for dinner next month. I think I found what we will be having! Looks delicious!
Great, I hope you do try it Karen. It would be a good one for company!
You had me at flank steak roll and then again at brandy cream sauce! 😀
They both are great Tracy. Thanks.
Like the idea of making a simple roll with the steaks, to make it a little more elegant for a dinner party!
I do also. It’s simple but delicious!
Ha! As I was waiting for the page to load, I was thinking, “this would be a great Valentine’s Day meal”! Food Huntress, you are a genius! I haven’t attempted a steak roll yet — this is one I’m going to do. The brandy cream sauce is calling my name!
Thank you so much Bridget!
I love flank steak, and this sounds so delicious, can’t wait to try it.
I love flank steak also and make it fairly often. We use it for beef teriyaki also. Thanks Rosemary.
mmmm… yummy brandy cream. Sounds great and it will impress my next guests for sure!
Thanks Claudia, hope you get to try it.
Told my husband about this recipe and he was like, “Yes please and when?” Ha!
Yes, he will probably like it! Hope you get to make it for him. Thanks Tracy!
I’m such a huge steak fan. This looks great plus brandy sauce? Yum!!
Thanks April. Try it you will like it!
This looks so good! I would never have thought of that delicious sauce! Yum!
It’s worth making the recipe just for the sauce! Thanks Diane.
I am so envious of the ingredients for this dish, it sounds amazing but beef is a real tough to find over here… However I am really inspired by the recipe and flavours and reckon it could work really well with a nice butterflied piece of pork with some Vermouth instead of Brandy but keeping the rest of the flavours the same.
You should try the pork and vermouth sauce idea Brian. I bet it would be good!
