Sausage Stuffed Jalapeno Party Poppers
My brother first introduced these to me at a party he had while I was visiting Orlando. They were spicy but somehow that didn’t stop us from eating them. Even my Mom ate them and she doesn’t like spicy. I’ve made them several times since then.
Those little peppers will still be spicy hot even after you remove all the seeds. When making them be sure to not touch your face because you will regret it. I found this out the hard way. Touched my face several times and then had to find something to put out the burning around my eyes and on my mouth. I tried rubbing my face with milk and it didn’t do a thing to relieve the burning. Then I tried yogurt. It was a miracle!!! Make sure you have some around if you work with hot peppers very often.
Here is a great article on the benefits of eating spicy foods.

If you increase your use of chilies peppers on a daily basis, you might be lowering your cholesterol, preventing certain types of cancers and all while burning more calories and enjoying tastier food.
